BOOKING INFORMATION
We are currently scheduling live events for 2010/2011. Conductor Jack's show is optimal for theaters and performing art centers. He is available for other venue inquires, however. Please visit our contact page.
Jack's performance fee for performing arts centers, theaters and arts organizations includes two shows per day. It is strongly suggested that at least one of these events be held during the school day and used as a field-trip or educational outreach opportunity to area preschools, elementary schools and homeschool groups. The second show may be used in this same manner, or can be a concert that is open to the general public.
Jack strongly believes in active community participation with a youth arts group in your area, and requires Presenters to schedule a local youth choir, dance team, drama club, puppetry troupe or band to join him on stage for a short segment during his public concert event. Typically, this aspect of his performance lasts 5-15 minutes. Prior to the event, our office will work with the performance troupe's Director (to discuss the collaboration), and Jack is available for a rehearsal the day of the performance. This is an incredible opportunity for children in your area to work with a world renowned artist and educator. (This is not required for his private educational outreach shows).
The following shows are available as field-trips or educational outreach performances during the 2010/2011 touring season:
 |
Promoting physical fitness and an active lifestyle through funky, folky music. Kids will be moving, grooving and having fun! |
 |
Music and movement help convey environmental issues and the importance of conservation for the young "green generation". |
 |
America's rich musical history is presented through the songs of country pioneers Hank Williams & Jimmie Rodgers.
(Originally commissioned by the Country Music Hall Of Fame And Museum in Nashville) |
All shows last 45-70 minutes. Conductor Jack appears as a solo artist. This is by choice and ensures the best possible performance for your audience (he can perform for an indoor audience of up to 2,000 people). His performance philosophy is similar to an art gallery or a museum: they paint the walls white so as to not detract from the main attraction...the art. Jack's success is in his simplicity.
